Indian Navy Officer Lieutenant Vinay Narwal from Haryana’s Karnal who was just married six days ago was among 26 people killed in terror attack which happened on Tuesday in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pahalgam on Tuesday.
Vinay Narwal was posted in Kochi. Originally from Bhusli village in Karnal district was living in Sector 7 in Karnal city.
Vinay Narwal joined the Navy three years ago and he was on his honeymoon in Jammu and Kashmir, His wedding reception was held on April 19. His Wife Himanshi hails from Gurugram.
Narwal is survived by his parents, Rajesh Narwal, who works in the Excise Department, and Asha Narwal, sister Srishti, grandfather Hawa Singh, a retired police officer.
Narwal studied up to Class 12 at Saint Kabir School in Karnal and later pursued an engineering degree in Sonepat.
