A tragic road accident took place in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur on Friday night. An uncontrolled luxury car wreaked such havoc in a few seconds on Kharwas Circle, Muhana Vande Mataram Road, Journalist Colony, at around 9 pm that there were screams everywhere on the road. According to eyewitnesses, the speed of the car was more than 100 kilometers per hour. The car running at high speed crushed the people sitting on the side of the road.
1 person died in the accident, 18 people were seriously injured
Ramesh Bairwa, a resident of Bhilwara, died on the spot in this terrible accident. 18 people were seriously injured. The injured included hawkers, workers and customers. There were four people in the car.
An angry mob beat up the car drivers
After the accident, the anger of the people gathered on the spot erupted. The mob caught the four people in the car and beat them severely. Meanwhile, three people escaped from the crowd. A young man was rescued by the police from the crowd and taken into custody.
7 Fati-thelo collision, car number Daman-Diu
The uncontrollable car hit the side of the road and hit 7 trucks. The collision was so strong that a basket broke into two pieces. The car involved in the accident is said to be an Audi luxury car with Daman-Diu number.
What did the witnesses say?
According to eyewitnesses, the car was going towards Muhana from Vande Mataram Road. The car went out of control due to high speed while cornering at Kharwas Circle. First she hit the circle, then she went some distance and sat on the chairs on the roadside and took hold of the standing people.
Before the people could understand anything, the car ran over about 15 people one after the other. After this, carts and thadis also came under the grip.
