Chandigarh 20 April 2016: Gurleen Kaur, who had released her debut track last year is back and this time she has strongly gone against the tide of Punjabi upbeat songs by experimenting with something totally different.
Musically composed by Bally Singh and titled as Meri Aashiqui, this song, according to Gurleen, is for those who have always been looking out for variety. The guitar strings have been melodiously pulled together by Kapil Sharma. This latest Punjabi track has been released under the banner of Hamraj Dhanoa Productions and is a project by Ghaint Punjab.
Talking about the song, Ms. Kaur said, “I don’t believe in flashy videos and wasting money on big budget videos. Talent comes naturally to oneself, why embellish it with unwanted drama! Every time, especially in Punjabi industry, if a new artist thinks of releasing a track, he or she is surrounded by people misguiding them just to pull out money. Ultimately the artist, either loses interest or goes back home bankrupt!”
