The case of the death of Aqeel Akhtar, son of former Punjab DGP Mohammad Mustafa, is becoming increasingly complicated. The Haryana Police Special Investigation Team (SIT) is investigating the matter. Due to the high-profile nature of the case, the SIT is exercising utmost caution and focusing on gathering solid evidence.

Meanwhile, Mohammad Mustafa says that a mass prayer will be held for his son on October 25 at his residence in Malerkotla. He said that after this prayer, he is ready to answer all the questions of the SIT and cooperate in the investigation. He said that he will reach his residence in Panchkula on October 26 and here the SIT can search his house. Meanwhile, the complainant in this case says that this case should be handed over to the CBI. It is noteworthy that former DGP Mohammad Mustafa, his wife and former Punjab minister Razia Sultana, daughter and daughter-in-law are named as accused in the case of the death of son Aqeel Akhtar.
