Finally the F-35 fighter jet will leave Kerala, will return home today, got permission to fly from UK!

Britain’s Royal Navy’s F-35B Lightning fighter aircraft is all set to fly back home on Tuesday. Sources gave this information. The said fighter aircraft had landed in emergency conditions at the international airport in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala and has been standing here since then.

According to airport sources, this fighter aircraft of Britain’s most advanced ‘stealth’ fleet has been completely repaired. A source said, “It is being brought out of the ‘hanger’ now… The fighter aircraft will fly back on Tuesday.” Hangar means a kind of structure where aircraft are kept.

He said that it is not yet known at what time it will fly back. Considered to be one of the world’s most advanced fighter aircraft, this aircraft costs more than US $ 110 million. This aircraft has been standing at the international airport here since June 14 after a technical fault occurred. Aviation engineers from Britain had arrived here to repair it.

The source said that the British fighter plane is currently in Air India’s ‘hanger’. He said that apart from the landing charges, daily rent and parking charges will also have to be paid for the plane at the airport. The source said, “The equipment and crew brought for its maintenance will be sent back by another flight.”
