According to PTI sources, Dharmendra was ill for a long time. He was admitted for a routine checkup at Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on October 31, 2025 due to breathing problems. On November 10, his health became serious. He was later taken home, where he was undergoing treatment. The veteran actor will be cremated at the Pawan Hans crematorium in Mumbai.
