Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenor and Ex CM of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal and his wife Sunita on Tuesday reached Punjab’s Hoshiarpur for a 10 Day Vipassana session starting Wednesday. Arvind Kejriwal and his wife were escorted by a convoy, which raised the eyebrows of many. Meanwhile AAP MP swati Maliwal said Kejriwal was bigger than that of US President Donald Trump,BJP and Congress leaders expressed dissatisfaction over the Punjab government’s ‘VIP treatment’ to Kejriwal.
BJP spokesperson RP Singh said, ” He is neither an MLA nor a CM, but the Punjab government still treats him as a VIP and provides security. Like Delhi, in the coming days, Punjab will also reject him.”
Former Delhi CM along with his wife Sunita reached at the forest Rest House in Chohal about 14 KM from Hoshiarpur on Tuesday. He will be there for next 10 days where they will do Vipassana meditation course at the Dhamma Dhaja Vipassana Centre (DDVC), located in village Anandgarh, around 11 km from Hoshiarpur, party sources said.
