West Indies’ explosive batsman Nicholas Pooran has surprised everyone by announcing his retirement from international cricket today. A heavy hearted decision
In his notes, Nicholas Pooran said that he had given much thought and thought before retiring and then came to the decision with a heavy heart that the time had come.
He wrote, Yeh khel jahan hum pyaar karte hain iseh bahut khushi di hai aur deta rahega. An unforgettable memory and a chance to represent the people of the West Indies. Wearing maroon, standing for the national anthem and giving 100 percent every time you step on the field. It is difficult to put into words what it means to me. Leading the team as a captain will always be an honor for me.
