Famous rapper Badshah booked by Punjab Police on a complaint alleging that his new song has hurt the religious sentiments of Christian community.
A complaint was filed by Emanual Masih in Batala, He represents the Global Christian Action Committee polce said on Wednesday.
The complainant alleged that Badshah used the words ‘church’ and ‘Bible’ in his new song ‘Velvet Flow’ in an objectionable way.
SHO Gurvinder Singh said the FIR was registered on Tuesday against Badhsah at Qila Lal Singh police station under the relevent actions.
A protest was also held against Badshaha on Tuesday in Batala
