A major accident occurred on Monday in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. The Nayagaon bridge on the Bareilly-Pipariya road suddenly collapsed. Traffic was flowing on the bridge at the time of the accident, and vehicles passing overhead fell onto it. Four people were injured and have been hospitalized. Upon receiving information about the incident, Collector Arun Vishwakarma, SP Ashutosh Gupta, Bareilly SDM, and Tehsildar arrived at the scene and began rescue operations.

Two motorcycles fell off the bridge.
According to police, the bridge at Nayagaon on the Bareilly Pipariya road suddenly collapsed at around 11:15 a.m. on Monday. Two bikes were crossing the bridge at the time of the accident, and they fell down along with the bridge. One bike belonged to a man from Sehore district, while the other was being driven by a resident of Bareilly. Hearing the cries of the injured, passersby and villagers helped them get to the Civil Hospital in Bareilly for treatment.
Workers working there were also injured, there was no loss of life.
Repair work was underway beneath the bridge at the time of the incident. Seeing the bridge suddenly collapse, workers ran for their lives, but some were injured. It’s a matter of relief that no one was killed.
