It states that the Pakistan-based terrorist organization, Babbar Khalsa International (BKI), has plotted to target Shiromani Akali Dal (Badal) leader Bikram Singh Majithia. Bikram Singh Majithia is currently lodged in Nabha Jail, Punjab.
