Congress MP Charanjit Singh Channi has now come forward regarding Bikram Majithia, who was arrested by the Vigilance in the drug money case. Regarding this matter, Congress MP Charanjit Singh Channi says that the case registered by the Vigilance against Majithia was done by him during the Congress government. Along with this, he said that he is ready to testify against Majithia if needed.
Along with this, Charanjit Singh Channi said that he is against drug smugglers and he has never supported them. He says that false propaganda is being done against him. It is worth noting that Majithia was arrested yesterday by the Vigilance in the drug money case of Rs 540 crore. After the arrest, he was produced in the court, from where he has been sent on 7-day remand. Majithia’s next appearance in this case will be on July 2.
