According to local authorities, around 3:45 a.m. a Cessna Citation II (Cessna 550) plane, which took off from Teterboro Airport in New Jersey and was en route to San Diego after a stop in Wichita, Kansas, suddenly crashed in a residential area. At the time of the incident, there was dense fog in the area, due to which visibility was low. The plane damaged at least 15 houses and set several vehicles on fire.
