Cancer treatment: Major breakthrough in cancer treatment, no need for chemotherapy!

Great news has come from Madhya Pradesh in the field of health and science. Researchers from Rani Durgavati University have achieved a major breakthrough in cancer treatment. Their research has identified a plant-based biomolecule that can stop the growth of cancer cells and strengthen the body’s immune system. If further trials are successful, this discovery could reduce the need for difficult procedures like chemotherapy and usher in a new era in cancer treatment.

Next Step:
In the next phase of research, clinical trials will be conducted in collaboration with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) and the country’s leading cancer institutes. If these trials are successful, this discovery could prove to be the foundation for a new medicinal path in the field of cancer treatment.

Analysis of Plant-Based Compounds:
A total of over 1,100 plant-based metabolites were tested in the DIC Laboratory. Compounds such as Withaferin-A and Myricetin showed a clear ability to inhibit cancer cell growth.

How it was identified:
Researchers analyzed proteins in ashwagandha and identified withaferin-A. This biomolecule is believed to help reduce stress, boost immunity, and protect cells. Meanwhile, after examining hundreds of proteins in moringa, blueberry, and blackberry leaves, they isolated myricetin, which may have an effect on cancer cells.
