The Punjab Roadways Contract Workers Union, which has been on strike for the past four days against the kilometer scheme tender, has finally returned to duty. Once the employees return to duty, roadways and Panbus buses will again be seen plying on the roads of Punjab. The common life which is being affected by this will start running smoothly again somewhere. This morning, the main officers of the union decided to leave the strike and join duty again. After this, the movement of buses has started again at Amritsar bus stand.
