Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh, who is lodged in Haryana’s Sunaria jail, has once again got parole. This time he has been given 40 days parole. This is the 14th time Gurmeet Ram Rahim has come out of jail. He has left for Sirsa Dera from Rohtak amid tight security.

In which cases is Ram Rahim in jail?
Gurmeet Ram Rahim was sentenced to 20 years in prison in the rape case of two sadhvis. Apart from this, he has also been convicted in the murder case of journalist Ramchandra Chhatrapati and the murder of former Dera manager Ranjit Singh. He has been lodged in Rohtak’s Sunaria jail since August 2017.
