According to the information, in Fauja Singh’s hit and run case, the police has seized the Fortuner car and the driver, NRI Amritpal Singh Dhillon, has been arrested. It is being told that at the time of the accident, Amritpal Singh, who had returned from Canada, was driving the vehicle himself. He is a resident of Kartarpur area of Kapurthala. Amritpal bought this car from Kapurthala resident Ravinder Singh two years ago. The police arrested him from Kartarpur late at night.

He said that he was returning home from Bhogpur on Monday afternoon after selling his mobile phone. The speed of the car was fast and he collided with a person.
