Kharar MLA Anmil Gagan Mann indulge in a heated argument with MC exceutive Officer Ravi Jindal over the issue of development works during a tubewell inauguration fucntion at ward no 6 in Kharar today. Mann was there in Ward no 6 to inaugurated two tubewells built at cost of 93.50 Lakh.
Mann was already grilled by locals regarding the pending works, MLA called up Jindal and other officials on the spot and took up matter with them. Mann questioned Jindal about the pending works about the unauthorized construction which have not been removed despite her instructions. Jindal expressed his helplessness apparently due to the boundations of laws to which Mann said, “This is not our father’s money but public money. No officer or politician is bigger than public. Why are you not carrying out the developmental works? Rs 400 cr has been granted for Kharar. Kundli maar ke kyun baithe hon paise te…,” she said as other officers diffused the volatile situation.
