Bad news for liquor lovers. Liquor shops to remain closed for 3 days in Chandigarh. Order to close shops on April 1, 2 and 3. High Court issues notice to Chandigarh administration. Due to issues going on in tender process High Court has taken this step. All old liquor shops will be closed on 31st and will remain closed till 3rd April
