Short Movie highlighting drug danger in Punjab
Chandigarh, June 30 Punjab government, will telecast a short film highlighting the perils of drug menace in the state.
‘Karmi’ will be telecast on DD Punjabi for the first time tomorrow at 7:15 pm, followed by 2 pm on July 2, an official release said on Monday.
The film would be broadcast again on August 5 at 7.15 pm and at 2 pm on following days for two months, the release said.Punjab Edusat society, set up by the Punjab government for providing quality education to government educational institutions, has produced the short film.
Meanwhile, Principal Secretary Anjali Bhawra asked all schools heads, and District Education Officials to push the students and their parents to watch the movie.
Besides, ‘Karmi’ would be shown to students in schools on special screens, the release said.
